Behind the development of VASCO and THERMIC's aluminium design radiators lies a completely new heating concept. Both companies are capitalising on current ecological awareness and on a growing need for sustainability, low energy usage and comfortable heat for homes of both today and tomorrow. The campaign shows that the Bryce, Alu-Zen and Zaros aluminium design radiators are high-tech products incorporating an innovative design. The result is a new concept, which combines the energy-efficient aspect of a convector with the comfort of a traditional radiator. Two cornerstones of innovation Advantages for user and installer When expanding, the profiles slide over one another and, due to the fact that the press connections between the collector and profiles are made of aluminium, the lower parts heat up quickly and evenly, without tension and, therefore, without an irritating ticking noise. Murmuring is also eliminated thanks to the valve that quickly removes gases and air from the water. This valve is also one of the elements, alongside the thickness of the material and the 6060 aluminium alloy, that protect the radiators against corrosion. This aluminium design radiator can easily be fitted into other installations. The material is compatible with other materials such as copper, metal and plastic. Connections can be made with all pipe work. Aluminium creates new design possibilities and is also three times lighter than steel. Because aluminium radiators weigh between 15 and 35 kg, the installer can easily fit each aluminium design radiator on his own. A patented pressing system makes connections 100% leak-free. The systems are given a cataphoretic base coat and then a powder coating and are heated to a temperature of 230°C. Paintwork and waterproofing on all aluminium radiators are provided with a 10-year guarantee. "100% reusable" is not a term we use lightly. It is not just the waste that is created during production of the radiators in our own forge that is reworked into new profiles, but long life expectancy means that the systems are also perfectly suitable for reuse.
